Change is Heart Work is a leadership coaching and development practice founded in 2019 by Elaina Carpino to help senior leaders realize what is possible and seize opportunities that transform their businesses and careers.
Sustainable change is the goal,
and Elaina serves as a catalyst and accountability partner to clients as they work through her HEART Work Model to transform their leadership behaviors.
Her unique value proposition is perspective – helping clients see their opportunities through a different lens (their heart) to find new approaches to their biggest challenges.

About Elaina Carpino
Elaina is a leadership and strategy coach with more than 20 years of experience driving transformational change in high-performing teams and organizations.
Her specialty is helping people see their potential and realize their personal and professional goals through behavior changes that bring out their very best.
Elaina has held leadership roles with Dow Chemical, Nationwide Insurance, Owens Corning, and Tesla. Her business expertise includes manufacturing, supply chain, operations, strategy and talent development, and product commercialization. She is currently the COO of The LUMA Institute, a company founded on the premise to make things better through design thinking literacy.
She holds degrees in chemical engineering and business operations excellence from The Ohio State University. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, holds three application patents for advanced insulation technology and installation, and serves on the board of Buckeye Engineering Women in Executive Leadership (BEWEL) for The Ohio State University College of Engineering.
Elaina received executive leadership training from the University of North Carolina, is a graduate of the International Coach Academy, and is a certified ACC professional coach through the International Coach Federation.
